American Transportation Partners develops and finances various types of infrastructure projects including new “greenfield” infrastructure projects, the replacement or renovation of aging in-place infrastructure, and the purchase/investment of existing infrastructure.

Design, Engineering and Construction
Working with our experienced engineers and contractors or our clients’ preferred design/build team, the American Transportation Partners-led development is delivered efficiently and economically and leverages the public sector’s budget and capital resources.

Financing
American Transportation Partners provides 100% of the equity and financing for our project using the most cost-effective financing structures available in the market. Our extensive network of institutions, pension funds and advisors allows it to fund all project sizes with no risk to the public sector. These funds can cover the cost of the entire program or be combined with existing public funds and grants.
Management
The private-sector, market-based management and operations provided by American Transportation Partners lowers the life cycle cost of the infrastructure and increases any revenues generated by the project. However, our clients can use their existing management and operations if preferred.
